US Shipping Policy

• 100trillions.com processes orders Monday - Friday with a cut-off time for same-day shipping of 12:00 pm (PST) for services with both USPS and FedEx.
• Any purchases made after business hours, weekends, and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day; please expect some fulfillment delays surrounding holidays. 
• We will provide tracking info once the package is ready to ship.
• All orders over $500 will require signature for delivery. 

International Shipping Policy

Customs/Import Policies

• Import procedures vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for more information.
• When customs clearance procedures are required, you may experience delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
• Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility to pay.

PLEASE NOTE: If you refuse delivery or import/customs charges, we’ll have to deduct shipping costs from your refund.

1. Items that are returned due to wrong, insufficient, misspelled address or customer refusal to pick up or pay import duties will be refunded minus the shipping fees.
2. If you have specific instructions or requests on shipping or packaging, please send us a message and confirm before purchasing.

Legal Import

When ordering from 100trillions.com, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. 100trillions.com has no control over these charges, nor can 100trillions.com predict what they may be.

All International Shipping is either with FedEx Priority or USPS Express.

FedEx Priority: $64.99 (Signature for orders over $500 and upon request.)

USPS Express: $69.99 (Signature for orders over $500 and upon request.)
